Why can't I log into my Wildnote account?

Here are a few reasons why you might not be able to log into your Wildnote account.

1. Your Company Admin may have deactivated your account and archived your username. To verify your account status, please consult your Company Admin or reach out to Wildnote customer success. This situation can occur if there are insufficient licenses available and the Company Admin is attempting to activate a new user.

2. If you are using a shared device, the previous user may not have completed the data synchronization process and logged out of the mobile app. Consequently, when you attempt to log in, you are prompted to enter the previous user's credentials to prevent accidental data loss. In this case, please ask the previous user to log back in, complete the data sync, and then log out.

3. If you've forgotten your password, you can easily resolve this by performing a password reset.
