Five ways to find what you need:
- Date+: Customize your search by selecting specific dates and adding optional filters for Location, and/or User.
- Form & Question+: Pinpoint exact answers within a specific form, utilizing additional filters for Date, Location, and/or User. Further refine the results by choosing Questions and Answers.
- Location: Gather all data across project forms for a given location. For more granular filtering, use the Date+ search and include additional criteria.
- Survey Status: Gather together all surveys across all forms based on Survey Status, such as Draft or Submitted.
- User: Find all surveys across all forms submitted by a specific user within the project.
- Survey ID: Find specific surveys by Survey ID.

Select Specific Data to Export
By default, all surveys are selected in the queried results. You can de-select/select specific surveys to export.
Batch Update Survey Statuses
Change a survey status without opening the survey and batch edit survey statuses. By default, all surveys are selected in the results. You can de-select/select specific surveys on which to update the Survey Status.
What different roles are authorized to see and do from the Search option:
Ability to Search:
- Field User and User+ do NOT see the Search option in the Project Data dropdown
- All other roles SEE the Search option in the dropdown (Field Lead, Project Admin, Company Admin, Auditor)
Search results:
- Field User: No ability to search. (But can see their OWN surveys on survey list page.)
- Field User+: No ability to search. (But can SEE ALL surveys and edit their own on survey list page.)
- Field Lead: can SEE ALL resulting surveys and EDIT ALL
- Project Admin: can SEE ALL resulting surveys and EDIT ALL
- Company Admin: can SEE ALL resulting surveys and EDIT ALL
- Auditor: can SEE ALL resulting surveys READ-ONLY
